To drive awareness and adoption of their training and apprenticeships the QA team visit organisations, careers fairs, workshops. They discovered the best way they are able to reach an audience of people who would benefit from apprenticeships and their training programmes are the people who have already completed the courses.

Using Rosterfy to scale their programme
The Ambassador programme started in Scotland and quickly became a success and generated a lot of interest across the UK.
While they rarely had over 100 volunteers, the administration of the programme generated a great deal of pressure on the team so they needed a solution to reduce the time spent on duties that won’t grow the programme.
They tried to find a solution specific to education or apprenticeship programmes but they couldn’t find anything that suited them so they pivoted to volunteer systems.
