Filter Event Shift User listing by User status

You can now filter the Shift User listing by the status of the user (Attended, Confirmed, etc).


Filter Events by Event Type

You can now filter Event listing and reports on the type of Event.


Total Hours Required

You can now see a summary of how many total man hours are required across an Event or Shift (visible on the listings or in reports).


Zendesk Support

You can now access our Support Documentation and FAQ's directly from the platform. Our support platform also allows you to ask our support staff any questions that our documentation cannot.
