When there is no system error when importing it can mean that the data being imported is not formatted correctly. We recommend that you examine what is being imported and check for:
Creating via import
- Foreign symbols within the data.
- Columns contain data but do not have a header.
- Data being imported is either less than or greater than the Account restrictions like Date of birth or event start/end.
- User duplication
- Invalid information on the profile - Attempt to save the profile to see the issue
Update via import
- The Rosterfy id or shift id is invalid
- Foreign symbols within the data.
- Columns contain data but do not have a header.
- Data being imported is either less than or greater than the Account restrictions like Date of birth or event start/end.
- User duplication
- Invalid information on the profile - Attempt to save the profile to see the issue
When attempting to import if any of the information is incorrect or invalid then none of the information on that Row will be imported.
