Rosterfy offers a range of options to tailor your email communication settings, enhancing the way you connect with your volunteers and stakeholders.

 


Communications Settings

By leveraging these customisation features, you can create a more professional and cohesive communication strategy that resonates with your audience and reflects your organisation's values.

 


From Name

All emails will be sent with the From Name defaulting to {Account Name} Via Rosterfy

This is the name that recipients will see in their inbox when they receive emails from your organisation. You can personalise this to reflect your organisation's identity, making your communications more recognisable and trustworthy.

 


From Email

All emails sent from your account will originate from this address. By default, it is set to noreply@rosterfy.com.

If you wish to send emails using your own domain you will need to contact Rosterfy Support. We can unlock this feature for you and supply your domain admin with DNS and DKIM information to add to your account.

Emails may be limited to the @rosterfy.com domain until you verify your own domain, which will enable Rosterfy to send emails using your custom domain.

Note: Your Rosterfy subscription may restrict your access to change this setting.

 


Reply To

This setting allows you to designate a specific email address where recipients can send their replies.

By default, this is set to noreply@rosterfy.com. By changing the default reply-to address, you can ensure that responses are directed to the appropriate person or team, facilitating better communication and engagement with your audience.

 


Email Templates

Rosterfy provides the ability to create or select from pre-designed email templates that align with different stages of the volunteer journey. Whether it’s sending invitations to users, confirming their participation, or providing updates, these templates help maintain consistent messaging and branding throughout your communications.

 


Email Banner

You have the option to upload a visually appealing Email Banner that will appear at the top of all your email communications. This banner is an excellent way to reinforce your brand identity and make your emails more visually engaging.

We recommend uploading a JPG file with dimensions of 640px width by 250px height.
