Expo 2020 Dubai has appointed Rosterfy, the world’s fastest-growing event workforce management solution platform, to support and engage its large team of employees and volunteers.

Running from October 2020 to April 2021, the next World Expo will be recruiting 30,000 volunteers working on site across a total of 1.2 million shifts, spanning the six-month period.

With over 200 nationalities living and working in Dubai, engaging and establishing a strong volunteer base that can be mobilised for future large scales events will play a crucial role in the legacy of Expo 2020.

In selecting Rosterfy, Expo 2020 will utilise the global event workforce management platform for all aspects relating to the volunteer program and general workforce delivery.

This will include recruitment, screening, streamlined matching of volunteers to the roles they are best suited to and engaging the workforce throughout the event to show the difference they are making. What’s more, volunteers will be able to access their own workforce portal, displaying their shifts and
related news via web and mobile application.
