Rosterfy is excited to be continuing their relationship with the Northern Territory Major Events Company (NTMEC), focusing on Arafura Games 2021 and Bruce Munro: Tropical Light, two of the Northern Territory’s biggest events set to utlise Rosterfy as their volunteer management platform moving forward.
With NTMEC already utlising Rosterfy to execute their training modules for a number of events, the evolution to volunteer management was a natural progression, which both parties are extremely happy with.
“When the Arafura Games returned to Darwin in 2019, after an 8 year hiatus, we had over 1000 volunteers to manage across registration, rostering and scheduling with no online platform available. The decision to streamline via Rosterfy was an easy one.” Said Director of Multisport, Meg Knuckey, NT Major Events.
“The 2021 Arafura Games will require a similar number of workforce in order to deliver a successful event. A workforce platform that can personalise communication with volunteers is extremely important. Rosterfy will allow us not only to make efficiencies from an administrative point of view but it will also ensure our workforce are properly looked after from a health and safety point of view both pre and during the event.” Knuckey said.
Co Founder and Director of Sales, Shannan Gove was equally excited to see Rosterfy being utlised in more depth by NT Major Events.
“NT Major Events have done a great job of forward thinking, creating a sustainable workforce engagement and training solution in the Northern Territory. While we will be starting off with Arafura and Tropical Light, we hope to continue to work with them to cement Rosterfy as the platform of choice for their portfolio of major events in the NT.” Gove said.
Volunteer recruitment for Arafura Games 2021 will commence in the next few months.
